Uncover Sound Healing through Yoga Nidra
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation that brings you to brain dream wavelengths Alpha, Beta, and Delta. During this process dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin are released (the feel good hormones) counter acting Cortisol (the stress hormone). All you have to do is breathe and listen. How easy is that?!
The purpose of my work is to bring restorative, relaxation, that opens the doors for healing. Yoga Nidra has been an amazing practice for myself, bringing with it “Yogi Highs” which are blissful, and therapeutic sessions that allowed me to heal from past wounds. Every session is truly unique and tailored to what you would like to work on. We set intentions that address aspects of your life that you would wish to shift; whether that’s simply sleeping more, feeling more confident and light, or healing from events out of your control, or it all!
Sound healing is a healing modality that uses music and intention to bring relaxation. The vibrations from the instruments and sound helps us relax and soothe where there is discomfort. Just like rips being created from a stone falling in a pond of water, the vibrations from instruments send sound waves to your body that help “shake off” stress. Current instruments being used during a sound healing session are the Tibetan Sound Bowls, Heaven’s Bells, Shruti Box, Tuning Forks, and Gong.
Private Group Sessions
Currently available to provide private group sessions in your home or another location of your choice within the greater Phoenix area. Requirements for a group session is ample amount of space for my instruments and the participants to lay down.
Corporate Relaxation & Rejuvenation
Take a break from the electronics and stimulate creativity within your company with a corporate relaxation event. This unique event will leave your employees rejuvenated and refreshed. Inquiries should be directed to nidra.jenny@gmail.com
Additional Classes
Every other Sunday I teach at the studio Blue Buddha Collective located in South Scottsdale, Arizona. In addition, I have a monthly event usually scheduled around the full moon. Events are currently listed on Instagram.

During your session you will be in a relaxed position either lying down or reclining back. For this reason, it is advised to wear loose fitting clothes. Some people prefer to use an eye pillow to help shield any ambient light, but it is not necessary.

You simply listen to my guidance as I take you through different breathing exercises and a meditation. Before starting the session, you’re asked to set an intention for yourself. I can assist with making one.

Anyone who has been treated with psychiatric treatment should not participate in the Yoga Nidra. If this is the case, you can message me and we can set up a sound healing session without the meditation portion.
If you have PTSD, please let me know so i can assist in ensuring you feel comfortable during your session.Because there are different breath exercises used throughout the session, it is advised that if you can not have undue pressure in the head that you breathe normally.

Incredibly Relaxing and Restorative
Jennifer’s fully moon Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Session was incredibly relaxing and restorative. If you never had a Nidra session, you’re in for a treat! Beautiful intentions set and release of what no longer is serving you. The best part was chatting afterwards with like-minded pure souls, and of course admiring the beautiful full moon afterwards. Jennifer is meticulous in her execution of creating space for others, with no details overlooked. Perfection!

Wonderful experience
It is an honor to share my thoughts in the wonderful experiences had by participating in Jenny’s Nidra/sound bath practice. Since the first session a couple years ago, there has been a genuine energy of love and peace. Jenny’s down to earth, dedicated and warm approach to life translates into the vibration transferred through the different sound mechanisms she chooses to use at any given session. Accessible cues for any student
I absolutely love attending Jenny’s yoga Nidra and sound healing classes. She creates a beautiful container for each class, and she offers tons of props, guidance, and accessible cues that allow any student to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Jenny’s yoga offerings!
About Jenny
After being a stay at home mom for 4 years, I was feeling like I was in a slump. I was tired, drained, and just wanting some relief. I randomly/magically found my relief at a Yoga Nidra class. I left my first class so relaxed and calm, and truly hooked on the practice. The universe introduced me to this little gem and I knew then that this was something I wanted to share with others. I then studied under Kamini Desai, I Am Yoga Nidra and completed the Advanced Yoga Nidra program. The interest in unique healing continued and brought me to Sound Healing and Reiki. I have found both practices to be complimentary healing modalities to the Yoga Nidra. I feel honored to be able to share this skill set with you.
